Amendment to Agreement with SiteMed North America for Fire & Emergency Services.

Consider approving Amendment Three to Agreement with SiteMed North America, LLC for one additional year at the rate of $290.00 per firefighter physical for Fire & Emergency Services for an estimated contract value of $130,500.00.

Amendment to Agreement with T&T Uniforms for Fire Uniforms.

Consider approval of Second Amendment to the Agreement with T&T Uniforms, Inc. to extend the length of the contract an additional year with a 9% average price increase.

ARPA Subrecipient Agreement with Goodwill of North Georgia.

Consider approving Subrecipient Agreement in the amount of $379,980.00 with Goodwill of North Georgia for the purchase of training simulators from the County's ARPA 2021 allocation.

ARPA Subrecipient Agreement with Heritage Presbyterian Church.

Consider approving Subrecipient Agreement in the amount of $330,812.00 with Heritage Presbyterian Church for the construction of a portico and enhancements to accessibility and security for their food pantry from the County's ARPA 2021 allocation.

Consider approving Subrecipient Agreement in the amount of $160,072.00 with Next Step Ministries, Inc. for the purchase of a new 14-passenger van with accessibility for three wheelchairs from the County's ARPA 2021 allocation.

Local Assistance and Tribal Consistency Fund ARPA Allocation.

Consider approving submission to the US Treasury Department in the amount of $100,000.00 for the County's allocation through the Local Assistance and Tribal Consistency Fund (LATCF) and consider authorizing a Budget Amendment in the same amount to allocate federal grant funds to the adopted FY2023 Budget.

GDOT 5311 Supplemental Agreement to FY2021 Capital for additional funds and time extension.

Consider approval of supplemental agreement from the Georgia DOT for additional FY2021 5311 funds in the amount of $116,544.00 for capital (2 vehicles) with an 80% Federal share in the amount of $93,234.00 and a 20% GDOT share in the amount of $23,310.00. Cherokee County does not have to add additional funds for this supplemental agreement.

Amicalola EMC Donation and Budget Amendment

Consider accepting a $7,000.00 donation from Amicalola EMC for the Fire Department's Explorer Program and approve a corresponding budget amendment.

Consider acceptance of the permanent conservation easement for the Milton Overlook Conservation Design Community.

Consider adoption of 2022 Capital Improvement Element (CIE) and Community Work Program (CWP) Annual Report.

Consider approving Amendment Three with Trio Community Meals for home delivery and congregate meals for Senior Services for updated pricing for fiscal year 2023.

Georgia Power Relocation Agreement - Shoal Creek Road over Puckett Creek Improvements.

Consider approval of a Utility Relocation Agreement with Georgia Power Company in the amount of $72,047.00 for the relocation of facilities in conflict with the Shoal Creek Road over Puckett Creek Improvements project.

CATS GDOT FY2024 application for 5311 Operations and Capital.

Consider approval of FY 2024 (July 2023 thru June 2024) application to GDOT in the amount of $526,000.00 for operating assistance and $301,420.00 for capital costs associated with the CATS 5311 Rural Transportation Program. Cherokee County's obligation is $263,000.00 for operations and $30,142.00 for capital purchase (2 buses and bus equipment).

Changes to Pension Plan for New Hires.

Consider changes to pension plan for new employees and rehired employees hired after January 1, 2023.

CCFES Community Risk Assessment and Standards of Cover.

Consider approval of Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services Community Risk Assessment and Standards of Cover document.

Purchase of three (3) Ford Expeditions and one (1) Chevrolet Tahoe for Fire & Emergency Services.

Consider approving the purchase of three (3) Ford Expeditions from Wade Ford in the amount of $147,771.00 and one (1) Chevrolet Tahoe from Alan Jay Fleet Sales in the amount of $42,205.00 for Fire & Emergency Services and consider approving a corresponding budget amendment.  In addition, consider approving the purchase and installation for the lighting packages for the Ford Expeditions from the low bidder ProLogic in the amount of $39,399.97.

Office Furniture purchase for Fourth Judge's Suite and Juvenile Court Clerk's offices.

Consider approving the purchase and installation of office furniture or the Fourth Judge's Suite and the Juvenile Court Clerk's office with Indoff, Inc. in the amount of $82,768.91.

Construction of Sheriff's Office K-9 and Traffic Unit Headquarters.

Consider award of a Standard Construction Services Agreement to Ward Humphrey, Inc. for the construction of the new Cherokee County Sheriff's Office K-9 and Traffic Unit Headquarters and Garage project in the amount of $5,599,511.58.

Consider approval of a request from the Sheriff's Office to purchase forty (40) Custom SBR semi-automatic rifles in the total amount of $58,160.00.

Consider approving an extension of current Agreement with Email Integrity Solution, as required by the County's Cyber Security insurance carrier to meet the minimum underwriting requirements in the amount not to exceed $55,886.00, as included in the FY 2023 budget.
